By downloading, installing, and using VibeMoji - Join the Vibe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

VibeMoji - Join the Vibe is a memory training application that provides various cognitive exercises including:

• Picture Memory Challenges
• Flash Memory Games
• Color Sequence Training
• Path Recall Exercises
• Progressive difficulty levels
• Coin-based reward system

In-App Purchases and Coins

Our app features a coin-based system for accessing premium content and features:

• No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscription services
• One-Time Purchases: All purchases are one-time coin packages
• Apple App Store: All transactions are processed through Apple's payment system
• Non-Refundable: Coins and in-app purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual Currency: Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash

By making in-app purchases, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for App Store purchases.

User Conduct

By using our App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the App
• Not share your User ID or attempt to manipulate coin balances
• Not use the App in any way that could harm our services or other users
